Dear members,

We would like to invite you to the interactive and practical seminar called "Conflict Resolution and Effective Communication".

Any conflict is a source of stress that negatively affects our emotional state. Many of us try to avoid conflicts and not to pay attention. But what to do if the unpleasant situation only worsens, and the conflict directly violates your rights?

This training will teach you how to effectively prevent conflict situations, as well as how to effectively defend your rights and interests in disputable situations that have already arisen with colleagues, senior colleagues, government officials, the police, etc.

The objectives of the training are to learn how to:

  • identify and manage your emotions;
  • develop self-control skills;
  • practice active listening skills;
  • apply skills to prevent and resolve conflicts in various contentious situations;
  • develope a dispute resolution strategy;
  • improve your effective communication and negotiation skills.

The author and trainer of the seminar is Khalida Azhigulova – the Director of Law Kazakhastan PhD Association in the UK, a qualified human rights lawyer, certified UN trainer, doctoral student at the University of Leicester (UK), Master of Law at Oxford University (UK), member of the British Academy of Higher Education.
